Personal Interaction & Response Analytics

See what your day does to your heart rate.

PIRA sets the conversations you log and the events on your calendar against your own heart rate and heart-rate variability. The comparison is with your baseline. Nobody else’s.

PIRA shows associations in your own physiology around conversations and events. It does not diagnose a medical condition, and it does not claim that another person causes stress.

Insights A week of your own data, scored against your baseline.

Analysis and the day it comes from

Orange means your body was more activated than usual around that moment. Blue means it was less activated. Sample names below are illustrative. The layout is the app’s.

Home The day, with heart rate beside what you attended.
People A pattern after a few scored conversations. Not a judgement of the other person.
Insights Weekly activation, recovery, events, and heart rate.

What you get from it

The useful part is a pattern in your own numbers, once there is enough of your own history to compare against.

Your baseline, not a population chart

Expected heart rate and HRV come from your recent readings. A hard day is compared with your usual level, not with a stranger’s average.

Moments, not a verdict

A score says your physiology was more or less activated than usual around a conversation or event. Engaging is not “bad.” Relaxing is not “good.”

A pattern needs a little time

The first shape usually needs a week or two of heart-rate history. A pattern around one person starts after three scored conversations with them.

The private parts stay on the phone

Calendar titles stay on the device. Event notes are never read. Conversation notes stay on the device. PIRA does not record call audio or read messages.

What the app actually does

You sign in, allow Apple Health and Calendar if you want the scores, and log the conversations you care about.

Apple Health

Heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, activity, workouts, and temperature, used to place each moment against your baseline.

Calendar

Event times and a few pieces of metadata, so a meeting or a plan can sit next to your heart rate. Titles stay on this iPhone.

Conversations

A log you write: who, when, how long, and an optional check-in for how it felt. There is no call recording and no message import.

Home, Events, People, Insights

A day view, events and conversations against your baseline, a weekly report, and people highlights once a pattern is ready.

Your account

Sign in with Apple or email. Delete the account from Profile, which removes the login and the data stored for you.

What it refuses to be

Not a diagnosis

Scores are wellness context. They are not a medical test and not a treatment.

Not an ad product

Health data is stored so the app can show your insights. It is not sold and not used for advertising.

No photos, no AI scan

PIRA does not read your camera roll and does not send images to an AI.

Not a judgement of someone else

The sentence in the app is the product: your body, around a conversation. Not a label for the other person.
